Drones can be used to inspect roofs faster, safer, and more accurately than traditional methods.
Aerial inspection of roofs negates the risk of working at a height, damaging a roof, or the necessity for hiring expensive machinery like cherry pickers. Our Drones also allow us to have increased optical zooming capability to capture finer detail when inspecting.
We can also generate survey accurate measurements of the property with aerial surveying using GPS Ground Control Points and/or RTK solutions. Drones can also be used to inspect roofs, gutters, and hard to reach areas safely and with ease compared to traditional methods.
Our Drone surveys use high resolution images which can then be processed to generate reports on issues with the property such as tile damage, chimney condition, structural issues, mold and rot etc with high detail. A processing report on the accuracy of the survey can also be provided.
The information garnered through drone surveying can also help with addressing any issues with the roof accurately and efficiently. 3D models and point clouds can also be generated for design and display. These can be used as an effective tool for partners, clients, and potential buyers to visualise the data captured and the property itself.
