Drone Repair and Service Centre

Drone Works Ireland offer a fully Authorized DJI Repair Service and we are known through out Ireland for the fast and efficient repairs we provide. Our fully-equipped workshop is staffed with highly-trained drone service technicians. We can carry out repairs to your DJI Phantom 3 Advanced,P3 Professional (NOT PHANTOM 3 STANDARD) and Phantom 4 Series, Mavic Mini,Mini 2, Mavic 2, Mavic Pro, Inspire 1 & 2, Matrice Series,Spark and the latest models Mavic Air 2 and DJI FPV Drones. We can also perform general servicing, set-up and firmware updates for customers.

We can assist commercial clients develop a maintenance schedule for your drone fleet. Please contact us for further information.

Rest assured, by sending your drone to DroneWorkIreland, you’re placing it in good hands. We assess the damage/malfunction and report back to you with a repair quote, before works are carried out and following the repair, your drone will be bench tested or test-flown by our technicians and commercial drone pilots.

If you are sending your product to us, please complete our Technical Support Form attached, sign and send the form with your drone (DO NOT EMAIL FORM). The form can be filled out on the word document and printed off.

** Please note: For repairs, we only need the drone,1 x battery and the remote.  Do not send additional batteries, propellers, SD cards, chargers or any other accessories as we canot be responsible for their loss.

You have a choice of sending the package directly to our Repair Centre address DroneWorkIreland,Cortoon,Tuam,Co Galway H54Y821 or using our “Collect and Return” courier service costing €30 from anywhere in Ireland.We charge an initial assessment fee of €20 and after the device has been assessed we quote you on the cost of repairs- unfortunately we cannot quote for repairs until we assess the damage.Throughout Covid 19,the turn around time on repairs is 10-14 days from receipt of device.

NOTE**In some cases it may be required that we have to send devices directly to DJI because of parts availability etc. and this may delay repairs further.**

If you would like to use our Collect and Return courier service you will need to email us your name,address(including Eircode) and contact number to repairs@droneworksireland.ie and we will organise next day collection with DPD our courier partner.
