DJI Care Refresh entitles the customer to two replacement units for a small additional charge in one year and covers a wide variety of accidents, including water damage.
When purchasing DJI Care Refresh separately for a previously purchased Osmo Mobile 3, DJI Care Refresh will be activated automatically within 24 hours. The service agreement will be sent to the customer via email.
DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region. DJI Care Refresh only supports products purchased from official or authorized channels, and its benefits are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.
Each time a replacement is requested the customer will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
