Hence, once you have completed our Trade In form, you will be contacted by one of our team, who will arrange everything for you. Including, collection and inspection of your existing drone, to delivery of your new drone. Or optionally, a store credit / clear existing repair invoice / cash payment.
What condition does my drone have to be in?
Unless its been water damaged, Drone Works Ireland will accept any drone for an estimation. If your drone will not turn on and you have no idea what’s wrong with it, that is not a problem, send it in to us and we will sort an estimate. Obviously If you’re drone is damaged this will affect the offer price.
What do I need to send in?
Currently we are accepting Spark, Mavic Air, Mavic Pro, Phantom 3 (Standard, Advanced and Professional), Phantom 4, P4Pro and P4 Pro plus,Inspire 1 and 2 for trade in.
What can I trade in?
We can go into more detail once you have submitted your Trade In form, however we normally request the following.

Within 1 working day our team will contact you to discuss condition and arrange collection or provide you with the details for you to ship it yourself
Once the drone has arrived it will be tested within 2-3 working days
We will then send you your valuation of the items you’ve sent
You’ll have up to 5 working days to accept the valuation from us.
Once confirmed, we can then either complete the purchase of your new drone, or arrange payment / store credit
If you decide to decline the offer, we will invoice you for €30 for the collect and return service and once paid we will arrange for your drone to be shipped back to you.
