Commercial Property and Appraisal
With the advancements in camera drone technology we are able to take dramatic and detailed photography and video that can be used for advertising or appraising property. Aerial videos and photographs capture the scale of the property, land, gardens and surrounding area, in ways not possible with traditional ground-based photography.
Aerial photos allow for clients and potential buyers to see the property in greater context to its location in regards to road access and distance from surrounding buildings etc.
We can also generate survey accurate measurements of the property with aerial surveying using GPS Ground Control Points and/or RTK solutions. Drones can also be used to inspect roofs, gutters, and hard to reach areas safely and with ease compared to traditional methods.
Our Drone surveys use high resolution images which can then be processed to generate reports on issues with the property such as roof damage, boundary wall issues, etc with high detail. A processing report on the accuracy of the survey can also be provided. The information garnered through drone surveying can also help with addressing any issues with the property accurately and efficiently.
3D models and point clouds can also be generated for design and display use for partners, clients, and potential buyers.
All of our flying missions can be planned with clients beforehand to ensure that all areas of interest are covered. Each of our pilots is trained and accredited by the IAA and will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding the process.
The high quality and accuracy of data captured from drone surveys can greatly improve many of the following areas:
Planning Permission Applications
Solar Panel Installation
Heritage and Conservation
Here are some advantages of Drone surveying:
3D models are a great way for colleagues and clients to visualise data.
Drone Cameras are capable of taking high resolution images for inspection.
Drones fitted with Cameras capable of increased optical and digital zoom, allowing for inspections to be conducted with finer detail.
Drones negate the safety issues associated with traditional inspection.
Surveying with drones is faster than traditional methods and require no additional hiring of equipment such as cherry pickers, etc.
